KWFT is hosting a Ugandan MFI (HOFOKAM) this week for a professional exchange visit. The visiting team of six senior managers is going through learning sessions with each department of KWFT after a long interactive session with the Managing Director, Mr. Mwangi Githaiga. The sessions will be followed by a field visit to an up country unit where the team will see microfinance in action by attending women group meetings and visiting various clients at their homes and businesses.
The visit is expected to provide the team with the regional exposure to the best practices in the microfinance industry as they embark on the path of transformation.
According to the HOFOKAM General Manager, Mr. Charles Isingoma, their choice destination was based on KWFT’s renowned international repute in microfinance industry. |
