Annual General Meeting 2006
KWFT holds a General Meeting of its members in every calendar year as its Annual General Meeting in such a place and time as maybe determined by the Board.Members who are either individuals, representatives of client groups or corporates attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) where the following business is conducted: 1. To read the Notice convening the meeting 2. To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting. 3. To receive the Chairperson’s report. | 4. To receive, consider and adopt the Company’s Balance Sheet and Financial Statements for the year ended. 5. Election of Directors. 6. Appointment of Auditors. 7. Any other business of which due notice has been given. This year’s AGM will be held on 1st July 2006 at KICC, Nairobi |
